How agile is your product development team?

A very quick and simple self-evaluation tool to check how agile your product development is!

A Kanban board with colourful sticky notes, renaming regular status meetings to sprint planning and review meetings, having daily standups, writing your requirements in the form of “as a user I want to be able to…” are not enough to make your product development process agile. These are useful tools but at the end they are just tools and bring value only when they are used properly. First and foremost important step in embracing agile approach is understanding the principles behind it. Principles before any tools or frameworks! Without understanding the essence of agile, just by blindly following some frameworks or using some tools, you'll find yourself in agile theater. In a theater, where everyone is pretending to be agile and talking with agile lingo but not getting any real results. And the worst part is that, in such a play sometimes not only the audience but even the actresses and actors themselves are not aware that they are just pretending. This should be avoided!

And that's why we would like to provide you a super quick, simple self-evaluation tool so that you can at least have an indication about whether you are really agile or just acting!

Stay away from agile theater! Don't forget, going to a real battle with stick horses and wooden swords might be dangerous!
